Compliance Monitoring is not just a technique, but a working philosophy aimed at the independent confirmation that a process/document is being undertaken in accordance to specified requirements and effectively performed in the provision of required outputs. This course is an auditor training course for aviation industry professionals having an auditing role, either in a management or in an officer position. In accordance with the EASA Air Ops, using ISO for the auditing techniques, this course is designed to give attendees the required theoretical auditor training to independently run an audit plan. The OJT (on-job-training) is a mandatory step for the application of the principles acquired during the theoretical module. The course is addressed to those organizations willing to train their internal staff as auditors. The attendees will receive a certificate of competence and consultancy/mentoring services for the first month following the course. A final exam grade of 80% is required to be invited to the OJT.
