In modern complex organizations, process monitoring programs can provide much more than simple identifications of nonconformities and the role of the auditor definitely covers a central position in the control and in the continuous improvement of strategic plans and tactical actions. This course provides an initial analysis of the current legislation and of the quality standards (ISO), followed by an extensive auditor training, including theories, case studies, activities, on-job-training (OJT). To acquire a heterogeneous professional auditor profile, able to operate in different fields, every module recalls multiple interdisciplinary techniques of interaction in complex environments, like aviation Crew Resource Management (CRM) or other methods coming from academic and industrial studies. A final exam grade of 80% is required to be invited to the OJT.
