QMS/ISO - Quality Management System

The decision to design and implement a quality system is strategic and requires considerable investments in money, time, and human resources, influencing the organizational lifecycle in the medium and long term. It will therefore be the top management to initially take all the necessary decisions for the creation of the system: a critical step for the preparation of the methodologies and the tools that will translate business strategies into operating actions. Quality planning consists of four phases: organizational (internal and external) position analysis, formulation of the strategy, implementation of the system, evaluation of the processes. This sequence represents the aforementioned evolution of a basic financial planning to a formalized array of processes involving constant monitoring, through audits and inspections, of the results. This course provides theories and practical methods to properly design, implement, and continuously improve a corporate or a company quality system that is a strategic element in today’s complex and strong knowledge-oriented environments. The course applies to both commercial and non-commercial activities. A final exam grade of 80% is required to get the certificate of competence.
